We recently had a tax situation with the IRS for a plot of land that we own. This property has created more issues for us than it has been a benefit. Recently we got a bill from the IRS for over $90K for back taxes and penalties. We were not aware that we owed back taxed. All I have to say is that the services received through Andrew Moher’s Law firm are outstanding! My wife and I tried to deal with our creditors via a credit consolidation service but some of the creditors were not willing to work with us. We were referred to Andrew “Andy” Moher to explore filing bankruptcy and his assistance throughout the whole process has been excellent. Due to our income we had to file for Chapter 13 bankruptcy and were not sure of the specifics of this plan and Andy was very detailed in explaining the whole process from beginning to end. Whenever we had a question he was very prompt in responding, we never felt lost and if anxieties got the best of us he was very calming and assuring that all would work out in the end. We always know he has our best interests in mind. We are currently in the second year of our five year plan and there have been some questions or issues that have come up during this plan, Mr. Moher continues to provide praiseworthy services and advice to this date.
